Great service thst we received from Phil. His communication is top notch. This was our first home and working with Phil made it so smooth and we are happy that we worked with him. Home buying is usually associated with stress from what I hear but foe us, we did not experience any of that. He took his time to walk us through the process of home buying and answered all our questions. One other thing we liked is his professionalism.
