I was very satisfied with the services Phil provided me. He was always available for showings. He goes above and beyond for his clients. He was available 7 days a week no matter how far he had to travel. Always kept me well informed. Always pointed out pros and cons of various sites we visited, things that we may not have noticed without him. Although we have completed our transaction, he is still in contact to see if we are still happy I with our decision. I have forwarded his contact to various people and highly recommended him for a realtor. Our sons will soon be looking for a home and plan on reaching out to Phil to represent them
