Praveen was a god send to us, we have been following him since he started his Youtube channel and that is how we got to know him, last year we were looking fore someone like him who balances empathy, confidence and Integrity to name a few, we were getting ready to sell and buy a new home and timing was perfect as Praveen launched into Real Estate a couple of years ago, I will break down our selling and buying experience so that you know his strengths on both form of dealings. Selling --------- We were selling our home in Mississauga and as well all know the peel housing market has been greatly impacted by the recent market downturn but we somehow knew that this man will do his best to sell our home, the day he visited us for the first time he did a walk through and told us as we what we need to change to make the home appealing to buyers, a simple example was changing the light switches from the old style to piano styles, return air vent covers and so on. He was impressed with the way my wife has staged the place and he didn't need to do any staging and off we listed the home, as you'll know he is big on Social Media so I don't need say anymore as he did an excellent job covering that aspect of the area, we listed it on a Friday and that week end we have more than 10 showings in a market that was down and under, so although 10 may not seems to be a big number if was good enough for us. The second week end we have our first Open House and had more than 10 showings each day and the following Monday we got some offers and that was it, the deal was closed at a price very little less than listed which both my wife and I were extremely comfortable. You can trust Praveen 100% to work on your behalf and sometimes he on hos own will do the negotiations on your behalf and that is exactly what he did. Thank God that we sold or home in a market where homes are like 60 to 90 DOM, this is something we liked in Praveen, keeps his cool. Buying --------- We were moving from the west end to the East end so my wife and I were clueless as out roots were in Mississauga for over 26 years and we didn't know what to expect in the East End, our search was from Pickering to Bowmanville and again Praveen delivered with a beautiful home that both my wife and I liked and we have no issues put an offer in and we finally got the home. Praveen although he showed us close to 42 homes never once he showed dis interest or put pressure on us to buy and that is why Praveen is a cool dude. I will not hesitate to recommend him as you will not regret, Praveen, keep up the good work and hope you make more people's dream come true.
