She didn't get flustered and acted very professionally, and was quick to answer all our questions and if she didn't immediately know the answers she would find them in a timely fashion. She would contact the maintenance property workers in order to find out the current information of repairs and upkeep of the prospective property. She went beyond her duties by going back to the condo and live-streaming a viewing for us as we lived in Kelowna, BC at the time.
