A few years back we dealt with Raj Puri for sale of our old house, and purchase of our current house. When it came time to purchase a new house, we went back to Raj for help. Raj and his colleague Mohit helped us out with purchase of our now new home. The decision to go with Raj for the second time was the correct one, as him and Mohit both displayed excellent professionalism and also were very patient with us while showing us the houses. They had no problem showing us 30+ houses to make sure we had a good idea of what was available on the market within our budget. Once we decided on which property to buy, they did their research on similar properties in the area, and how much those properties went for. This helped us get a fair price for our property. During the time when offers over asking price was the norm, Raj and Mohit were able to negotiate a price less than the listed price. We really appreciate Raj and Mohit's help and will definitely go back to them again in the future, and will happily recommend them to friends and family.
