I don't even know where to begin except to say a big THANK YOU to Team Raj at Save Max Elite. I stumbled upon a "Sold over Asking Price" from Save Max while I was walking my dog in my neighbourhood and decided to give Raj at Save Max a call. That is the start of a great relationship between me and Team Raj. I met with Raj and Aman to tour my house to determine what the selling price needs to be. Both Raj and Aman were very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market which is extremely helpful. Once the listing contract was signed I was really impressed with all the marketing that was done to sell my house. Considering that Save Max only got 1% from the sale of my house they did not cheap out on the marketing expenses which includes pictures by a professional photographer and drone as well as free staging for the house! When the offer came in for my house Raj and Aman handled the negotiations expertly. They never once tried to get me to lowball the selling price but instead worked really hard to get me the price that I was asking for. I will definitely be referring Team Raj from Save Max Elite to all my family and friends in the future!!!
