He showed us so many houses over the period of 3 months without "pushing" us to make an offer and so we were very comfortable with him. He provides good insights about house regarding it’s condition, fair price, etc. In this crazy market situation, after losing few bidding wars, at certain points we lost our patience and started to think about any house we see on market. But he stopped us making offers to few houses that were not worth the value or were not in good condition. We made many offers with him but every time he would come up with price analysis and would ask us not to bid any further if true value of house is lower than what we were willing to pay. Ultimately, we were able to find our dream house in a nice area and at a reasonable price. When we look back now, we are so happy that we did not bid any further on the houses we lost in bidding war. I know there are some realtors who would push clients just to close the deal and Mohit is definitely not among them. He will work for you as a buyer’s agent and will always think for your best. He worked along with Raj on this project and the team advised on everything such as home improvements, staging, photos, etc. Overall, it was a seamless process to list the house. Just week before our listing became active, market suddenly slowed down with increasing COVID cases, so bidding wars were not happening as before. Our house was sitting on market for 3 weeks. This was very stressful period for us as first-time home sellers. But Mohit and Raj assured us on multiple occasions that they will sell our house at the best price possible and did not let us compromise with price. We ourselves started to doubt value of our home but they asked us to be patient and leave this to them to handle. In the end, we got the price that they promised and it was the best price on the street for comparable houses. They are very confident when it comes to selling houses and are master negotiators!
