The worst agent. He was the selling agent to a house I bought. ELFs including a ceiling fan and chandelier were removed. It's been a month of chasing him however it is going no where. This agent is cheap and a scammer. Definitely not good business practice. I would not recommend.

Reply: Mr. Vijay , I am so sorry to hear that and disappointed with your comments . First of all We tried our best to accommodate you. There was a practical situation that Chandelier was broker during the tenant moving and he replaced it with a brand new Chandelier which was even more expensive than the previous old one. Even when your agent called ( though he didn't want to get involved in this ) , It was duly informed to him . The fan was not even a part of the S/P Agreement as it belong to tenant ( I have the papers to prove it ) then also as a good gesture we offered you cash credit which you insisted not to avail . You were so unreasonable that you wanted $2000 credit for that. Inspite of our offer to give you credit or to buy the fan for you , you insisted to have the old fan . THe old fan was delivered to you by the tenant . You have been given an another Chandelier as well . I have the duly signed receipt for both which you picked from office . As these comments are totally wrong and needs to be apologized . If anyone has . any doubts , we can prove all the facts on the paper
