Save Max is a company that doesn't care a bit about the client that is listing with them. All they care about is the $ they are making at the end of the sale. Mr. Raman Dua and the company he runs SaveMax they both are total fraud. We listed our house with his Save Max for sale and it stayed in the market for more than a month with no offers. We had lots of showing and the open house was filled with other realtor clients, even with that we got no offers. After 5 weeks with SaveMax we planned to terminate the contract and out of the blue we got an offer via Save Max. Now this was very shady, all of a sudden an offer it was well below the listing price we were ok with it too. That took another 5 days to process, then the client dropped the ball, we were so exhausted we wanted to call it quit with Save Max and the last day of contract termination another offer well below the listed price. Save Max thought we would just accept the offer we rejected it ended the contract with them. We listed the houst with REMAX the week after and sold it in 4 days for a very good price. Mr. Raman Dua is a first call crook tring to maximize his commission both ways. I would never recommend his service or this company. Dont fall for fake reviews most of the 5 stars review are from his employees
