was a very bad salesman unwilling to work with negotiations we are going to have to hire a lawyer to deal with our issues do not suggest him at all was offering home over budget or not to our standards we specified tried to work to a fair agreement but he was unwilling to work with us wouldn't show us certain homes until we tried to break the contract but he is adamant on making all of his money for zero effort on his part strongly suggest you seek help elsewhere.
