Sellers beware. He is a crook and will not get best money for your home. He is able to sell houses faster particularly in Lakeland since he sells them a least 5-10% below what other agents can sell. I am writing this from experience and contemplating legal options as I write this. This is a completely unbiased review and if you would still like to trust him with your biggest asset, it's your call.

Reply: That's not True at all. - You said 5-10% lower. If we say 700k a house on average that's 35k to 70k. when an agent does any evaluation they evaluate your home based on your pocket/area and at least with 3 to 6 months of data + you can also check out the prices of similar properties in your area. - An agent never forces you for any listing price so the final decision is always yours. Ranjit Nijjar was very knowledgeable in every aspect and 10 times better than all the other agents I talked to while selling my house. He got me best price for my house.
