Unfortunately I do not recommend him. Books an inspection day for the buyer without asking for my schedule or availability. Then on the day the inspection takes 3+ hours while I am sitting in my car waiting and kept messaging why it is taking so long and getting no response or communication. Get back to my unit after inspection and a decorative tray is burnt in the oven and the place smels like the chemically burnt paint of the tray. On another note at the beginning I had asked him to find a house for purchase for my parents too and he never Comes back on that with listings or information. I now realize my unit was a cash sale for him so he saw a meticulously self staged unit and the opportunity. So he jumped at it and pushed to get pictures an listing within a week and rushed me through a first offer (showing only to 3 people!) which now based on no inventory in the market the listing price was low to begin with.
