Raquel was a pleasure to work with as our Home Buyer Agent! She was professional, informative and cheerful throughout what proved to be a challenging home search to meet our downsize needs in a competitive local market. In the end we found our new home in a different community, but again, Raquel came through for us lining up home viewings with a local agent who was every bit as professional in showing us a number of properties before we found the home we were excited to place an offer on. Thanks to Raquel's savvy negotiating, our unconditional offer was accepted, despite another offer coming in slightly over our best offer. Thanks so much, Raquel for your valuable guidance on our home search journey!
