Raymond Pace suggested selling the house at $1.9 million. He listed it for $1.75 million. Now his feedback is to lower the price. Did he do adequate research? His comparables were not on Woburn. Not impressed with him. If you want to trust your agent, do not trust Pace! Beyond disappointed!
