From the first day my wife and I met Rebecca, we were impressed. She was actually representing a buyer of a house a friend told me about. We ended up meeting at the house and talked for quite a long time about the ins and outs of the home buying process. My wife and I were going to be first time home buyers and had no idea what we were in for, other than the usual things people say "It's the worst". From that very first day Rebecca went far out of our way for total strangers just to share some tips and get our path straight, we of course at the end of the evening asked if she would be our realtor and help up on the path to finding a house.
Rebecca guided us with wisdom, experience, and smarts to bring it all together. From recommending a loan officer, to finding us the right title company that would work around our needs. She was never pushy about who we chose to work with, but was very strongly in your corner to back you up. Due to my wife's job and my job, our hours are a little random. She was willing to totally work around any obstacle we had in our way, or anything that popped up in our path.
We saw quite a few houses before we settled on the one we wanted, putting in an offer on a different one along the way. We say a listing at 7:15pm on a random week night, and really wanted to see it. She met us there at 8pm that very same night, having already spoken to the seller and getting us a last minute showing of the house. We signed that evening!
As time went by with the waiting game of loan approvals, I got nervous a few times. Each time Rebecca always made the time to talk me through any of my thoughts that were bothering me. Explaining things in different ways to help me understand... or just repeating things for my goldfish brain, haha.
Don't get me wrong, it's nice to have someone for advice, but if you also want someone who will roll up their sleeves and actually help you, you've found her. When we wanted to get the FHA financing, she came to the house and helped us paint, cut trees, and even scrape/sand boards to make sure everything was just right for the inspection.
The bottom line, and the truth to all of this, is that she is someone I would trust again and again. I would, have, and will continue to recommend her, even to my family (who she is now working with). If you are just starting out in the home buying world of confusion, go talk to her. I guarantee by the end of that talk you will 100% want her by your side moving forward. Heck, even if you've bought ten houses by now, go talk to her!
I really just can not say enough about how wonderful, and most importantly trustworthy, this person is. My wife and I will always be grateful to her.
