I did not feel the love or the knowledge that other customers are describing. I bought a house fromReisha and I really felt like I was bothering the team when I reached out to them for help, and the only follow up I ever received from them is "are you shopping for home insurance". Not even a thank you or good luck on closing day! My husband and I are completely green so any help or advice would have been literally so appreciated. We felt that our transaction was unimportant.

We are VERY sorry you felt this was your experience. We, as a team work diligently to make sure every single transaction is handled with upmost attention, commitment and prominence.
After reviewing email & text communication with you, we can see the dozens of correspondence that went back and forth, plus ‘Thank You’ gifts sent out on 2 occasions because the first one was said to not have been received. All that being said, we clearly dropped the ball somewhere and for that, we are sincerely sorry.
In addition to Reisha being in direct contact with clients, all of them having her personal cell phone number which she’ responds to without hesitation at all hours day or night, plus numerous emailed that go out from our staff with step-by-step updates and directions, we really don’t know how this could have happened, nonetheless we are sorry it did.
Asking for insurance is not something our office would prompt you for, that typically comes from the lawyers’ office. Seems like there was some mix-ups along the line, again, we apologize.
