Reisha and her team are highly recommended. We were concerned selling into a bad market right before Christmas with interest rates way up, inventories up, prices down, etc. We didn't want to take a bath on the house yet still wanted to do a relatively quick sale. We felt we got good advice and sold the house for the correct amount. We did a bunch of work getting house ready and staged, took the pictures, and had it sold within a single day.
