The selling of the property couldn’t have gone any smoother, with a subject free offer, we were extremely pleased with their services. We were also able to secure our first detached home, Ricardo was able to set us up with a search with the proper requirements we were looking for in a house. We found the place we wanted and after a couple weeks of back and forth between us and the seller, Ricardo got the deal done for us at a price that was comfortable to us. Never one did we feel pressured to get the deal closed even though this one almost slipped through during negations.
