Ive met Ricardo a couple times over the years and finally got together again for my purchase. He is knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very responsive. He adapts the listings to your response during the initial showings and is willing to work outside normal working hours (if youre busy/having odd working hours, you know this is huge)z He is flexible, knowledgeable, and fast when he needs to be.
