Website with video tour of our home was really well done! He was helpful in the pre-listing advice on pricing and preparing our home. Managed negotiations with original low-ball offer to get us close to our target price to balance the priority of getting maximum value, and ensuring our home was sold before our new home build was ready. Highly recommended realtor. MUCH better experience with Richard than the realtors we had when we sold our two previous homes!
