For Richard, it is the science of keen monitoring of market trends and MLS, and a set of best practice strategies for winning with marketing and timing. Richard's marketing plan was both proactive and dynamic; he had a well reasoned strategy to start which could be modified along the way. Real estate is the largest investment that most of us make. Richard was able to lead us in a direction that maximized our investment gains.
