My elderly parents on a visit from Ontario decided to purchase a condo in Victoria to use for the winter months. This allowed them to both get out of the cold winter and spend some time with family in the west. This decision was short lived due to health and they returned to Toronto and subsequently listed the property with Rick. He was amazing! The condo sold without a hitch and due to our inability to be in Victoria on the day of the sale he arranged movers and storage. We so appreciated great service from a great trustworthy man.
