Rick was wonderful to work with. We three adult children living in three cities (one locally), were selling our fathers home after his passing. Rick gave great advice and direction on the approach, was always available at a moments notice, and on top of everything all the time. I was very impressed. Answered any questions I had knowledgeably and fully. Warm and generous person. His daughter, Kerry, was also helpful with thinking through how to stage the house. I will also note his patience, given that one of us is not very technologically adept, and one of us has a brain injury. His communication skills and help with tech issues as needed was wonderful. And best of all he helped us realize a very successful sale in short order.
