As the oldest and third sibling of Orion and Denis Smith...the non technically adept sibling...and executor of our Dad's will, I am grateful to Rick for his patience in guiding me through my first Zoom and virtual signing experiences. As the only sibling in the province his help in several areas was much appreciated. His knowledge and efficiency and very accurate predictions of the current market in Victoria were very impressive. Rick's kindness and calmness were comforting at a time of extreme stress. Rick and his daughter, Kerry practiced the KISS theory and made prepping the house for sale an easier process than expected.
