We wish to HIGHLY recommend Rick Cenaiko, we had interviews with a number of realtors, but it was obvious to us immediately that Rick had a very professional and structured approach.   We also noticed he listened intently to our wishes. Rick showed very early on in our sales cycle that he was willing to do whatever it took to give us top notch service and he did.  We have sold homes on both sides of the Atlantic and we have yet to meet such a resourceful realtor.   He was able within a few shorts days to accomplish every thing he promised.  We especially liked how he kept us up to date at every turn.   How he presented our home was exceptional, brochures (first ones we never needed to amend), floor-plans,  360 video, really sold our home.  We almost decided to say when we saw it all.   We HIGHLY recommend Rick, and suggest you have to meet him, it will be worth your time believe us.
