I started with 3 months of a discount realtor , had 7 showing in that time .Felt the realtor was not doing much to do his job ,decided to change realtors. Had heard about Rick through friends .Sent him a text and within a week I had professional photos ,video and launch  on social media .  Posted up the price by 5 thousand on Ricks advice . In the first 8 days had 9 showings and after multiple offers ,was sold for full  price within a few weeks. Rick  was present for all showings , and simply is a great realtor .I was trying to save 4 thousand dollars with a  discount realtor but that was a problem right from the start , no video , bad pictures  had to pay for paperwork that Rick included in his fees . It was a long road that I am confident would have been weeks instead of months .Would not use anyone else ,Rick was a classy pleasure. Kind of changed my attitude about realtors actually .
