Ricki is so awesome! This is our 2nd time using her. We also used her for our first time home purchase and she was so knowledgeable. We just purchased our 2nd home, and are turning our first property into a rental and she has so much knowledge around rentals and finding/keeping tenants and all the things rentals! Highly highly reccomend.
