If there was only a few things that went wrong I would understand as that can happen but we had one thing after another after another . She was the selling agent in our transaction. She never checked the house before we moved in. The house was filthy , even though cleaners came in they did an absolute joke of a job. Then it took days for us to get them back so our whole move in was stalled while we waited on them. This was also not checked during a Pandemic ! How safe is that for us as the buyers when who knows how many people were in the house . There was garbage left in the garage , a massive bag and contained broken glass. She didn’t even bother to come back to get her sign off our front lawn, I had to dispose of it . They tucked broken pieces of the door blind up and closed the blind so when I opened up the blind they all fell out , and now I have to dispose of it . This all should of been checked and dealt with before I got my keys . They didn’t give us the alarm code then ignored my request for it which lead to it going off at 9 30 pm and me frantic trying to figure out how to turn it off . The owner had preset it and I had no way to turn it off . And then there was an amendment missed that the seller owes us money and we are now two weeks after possession and she is now ignoring my realtors constant calls so this can be resolved. Overall a lazy and incompetent realtor . Would NEVER buy a home that she represents again.
