Buying virtually was extremely stressful, and I do not recommend this to anyone. Rion Powell tried his best, but he did not put in my offer of purchase my requirement to see the home in person prior to releasing funds. This should be a requirement of any purchase agreement and sale. He had not seen the home in person prior to my offer to purchase it. We both learned what not to do in future in this stressful process.
