Robert Francis was great during our HHT and working with him was an absolute pleasure. Despite the fact we lived outside of Canada he made our return back to Canada easier by answering questions and doing showings on houses virtually until we arrived to physically see houses. He understood the urgency we were in. Upon our arrival back in Canada, he organised efficient showings, answered all our questions with clarity and honesty and ensured we were top priority during our house hunting trip. He made it easier on us and our kids as well by doing showings at times that benefits our family's routine. He made what could have been a stressful process enjoyable.
