Robert is nice and very responsive until you sign a deal with him. In my case, he lied about items included as part of the deal and the property itself, including the Agreement of Purchase and Sale that included for example a locker that was not part of the property, or other furniture of interest that the owner either had not agreed or he did not make sure to tell them to respect the deal. Once transactions were complete and deadlines for withdrawing had passed, he completely ignored me and never picked up the phone again. I wish no one gets to taste buying a property with him the way I did.
