Rob was exceedingly helpful in finding a house in Calgary. From the time I reached out to him two months prior to my arrival, he regularly provided me with a filtered list of suitable homes for sale so I could make myself familiar with the market conditions, neighborhoods, pricing and pace of listings and sales. Although I arrived on the August long weekend, he made himself available every day to show me dozens of homes. After a few days of showings I found a home that seemed perfect. He changed his plans to accommodate showing it to me the next day, and we put a successful offer together within a short time at a nearby Burger King. Rob was very helpful in arranging discussions with a great mortgage broker, lawyer, and home inspector and after removal of conditions provided recommendations for an electrician and cement contractor for my swim spa installation. He was great with small touches such as a request for furnace service/cleaning on closing which was accepted by the sellers. This is the 6th home I've purchased in Canada, although it was my first in Alberta, and I have never had a more positive experience buying a home.
