I believe Robert is a very good realtor. He has good knowledge of market conditions and does a good job researching and evaluating what a property is fairly worth. He gave us good advice on how to make our property presentable and in the end, our property sold in a fairly short time and a fair price where both buyer and seller were happy. I feel Robert presented offers to us in a objective manner, and advised of concerns if subjects or something in the clauses looked out of ordinary. Robert also always responded to any inquiries on my part in a timely manner. So I valued the service he provided me in the sale of our house.
