As a buyer, I wanted someone very meticulous to be sure that my house did not have any trouble and that all the paper work would be done rigorously. However, as a seller, I wanted to find an agent that had good negotiation skills, was able to convince people that my house was a good purchase and would go beyond to make things happen. That is why I chose Robert. Robert did two open houses for me. He did send me feedback from the visitors to keep track. I was out of the province and it was easy to get a hold of him through different ways of communication. He was also able to handle two offers that ended up to be not that easy to manage. He also negotiated within my criteria and demands in terms of price and requests after the inspection. When moving, he did offer a hand to help manage a personal situation. The after service is also excellent: he did respond very quickly to a situation regarding payment and sent me a very personalized Christmas card.
