Rob was referred to us by a mortgage broker. Coming out of the province, we were unfamiliar and in a rush to get a place during winter. There were not many houses on the market, but Rob worked tirelessly to hunt for houses and keeping us informed and updated. His knowledge of the Halifax real estate market is exemplary. He took us around to all the houses we wanted to see, gave us briefing on the community, neighbourhood, pro/con of each location, etc. This was greatly valuable for someone who is new to Halifax. He wants you to take time to allow you to make decisions that is best for you, but at the same time, he would also advise you to pull the trigger so you do not lose out on a good deal.
