Finding a good house in our price range was not easy. We saw lots, offered and lost on a few (others went over our budget) and one we lost on inspection things. Rob and his team never gave up, kept us very motivated and suggested houses (like one we got) that we never had on our radar. He was very patient with questions, always, always replied fast to out calls and texts and was very knowledgable about houses. Pointing out flaws and items that would need doing etc. We enjoyed working with him a lot and have already referered him to friends.
