Robin was referred to me by someone who felt he did an excellent job in selling their home and assisting in the purchase of another one. I decided to give him a chance, and he exceeded my expectations. My mom passed away, and I was responsible for listing and selling her house. Robin listed it on a Thursday, Open House 3 days later, on the Sunday, and we had 2 offers on Monday night - one I rejected, and the other one didn't want to budge on the price - so I declined their offer. Three days later, they were both back with new offers - and I accepted the party with the highest bid - even more than I was even ready to settle for. Robin's listing price was $69,000 more than the previous agent that I had to let go; and I agreed to sell for only $13,000 less than asking price! So, in light of the original listing price, I was very pleased with Robin's confidence that I could get more than I expected, and he was willing to put in the time to see that happen. He hired a drone camera to do a video of the property, and had excellent photos of the inside of the house. He is very personable, honest, and open to being interrogated - which I found out in my questioning.... I highly recommend him, and I'm very happy with the way everything turned out, and how easy the whole process was!
