We have hired Roch to help us with the sale of our condo in Ottawa. He has not only been helpful preparing all the documentation and guiding us through the process. Rich has also been helpful with all work related to the preparation and set up of our unit, but most of all, he was understanding of our needs, quick to reply and his advice was given in order to help us in the best possible way. Good value seems like a strange thing to use describing people, but his services and energy are definitely something that we would consider a great value.
