Rod was very professional and courteous through out the entire process. Only had the one offer, but due to other circumstances, plus the fact I considered it to be generous enough, I accepted it. I think that Rod worked it as hard as he could to find an appropriate buyer He was always easily available to communicate with, and answered my communications promptly.
