We chose to go with Rodney after meeting with three Realtors that had been recommended to us, about a year before we planned to buy. Even knowing that it would be some time before we made a purchase, Rodney was extremely helpful giving us advice, updates, and access to MLS so that we could research what was available in our market, what prices we could expect, etc. When we went to buy in the spring, supply had dried up and there were very few properties that we were interested in. Despite heavy competition for good homes, we were ultimately able to get a home that had everything we needed in exactly the neighbourhood we hoped for.
