First time home buyer and had a nice budget. He sold us our first home in Willowgrove because we wanted that exact house but had we had the option of a different realtor we would have. He lied through his teach about the window size for a basement bedroom, the flooring, and the development was suppose to be a 'church' but 6 months from when we moved in HIS next townhouse development started that he was selling and it was the same builder as our home...which was planned same time as ours so he lied through his teeth and now we can't park across from our place. He didn't respect my wife in the slightest---sexist pig that not just our friends warned us of but our group of friends---Riverbend you better get a different realtor this man is a scummy seller...or bet yet retire.
