I am so glad we used Rohit for the purchase of our very first condo. He was extremely patient with us during the shopping process and would always make recommendations that were only for our benefit. He really knows his stuff since he was aware of all of our restrictions and which buiding offered which amenities. He negotiated hard until we got the price we could afford. He took the extra time to explain to us how the mortgage would work and how much the strata and utilities costs would be. He even introduced us to his team of professionals (mortgage broker, house inspector, notaries) and organized our moving truck. I was very highly impressed and will only use him again in the future. Oh and the best part of all - he never once forced or pressured us to buy. If he didn't think the unit was adequate for our needs we would simply see other available units.
