Unsatisfactory service from April Spackmen and problematic responses to my concerns. After the initial meeting I only saw April once in the 7 months of selling. From the first problematic experience with the Ron Neal group recommended stager, I was left feeling like April Sprackmen was absolutely unprofessional. April didn't communicate enough and when she did it was insufficient information. What a horrible experience for my first home sale. I lost money on this sale and the difference substantially changed what the next few years of investment and opportunity looked like for me. I found the services and attitude from this agency was problematic. The retort emails to my articulate concerns were made in haste and it seemed like April has an attitude that my small sale was not worth her time and she left me feeling like I was trapped. 0/5
