I was disapointed, but Ron said make another offer. I did up my offer and the owner brought her price down. We spent all evening doing this and when her price reached $220,000 I was affaird I would loose my "forever home" so I accepted her price. Thanks to Ron, I am still here - it was a very different move from a house to a condo (so many rules after always being able to do what I wanted and how. Having neighbours right next door was so different, but it is perfect for a single old lady as this place is secure and the residents are so friendly - I never feel lonely like I may have in the house on Broadmead.
