Really not a great experience. April was my agent, at first seemed a good match, but didn't seem to line up with what I was looking for. Gave her itemized lists of wants and needs fir next place to buy, and she consistently got the items wrong or completely ignored then. Also served as seller of previous home before buying this one and that process no better. Neither aid in selling nor buying was anything I'd want to repeat. I actually found house bought, and assistant she sent to show it to us was better than April had been. Cannot recommend. Additional, when years later got a sales pitch email from April, I told her how I felt in a reply, and just never heard from her again. Not even so much as a sorry you felt that way or anything....
