Ron was exceptional in the service provided. As an estate sale, Ron had a difficult time dealing with the Agent and Executor for the other party and had to constantly navigate their uncooperativeness. Ron was patient in dealing with these people. Ron ensured the property was clean by removing all unwanted furniture and clothing from the property; ensured any concerns expressed by prospective buyers and the eventual buyer were addressed to their satisfaction. Ron kept us informed of all activities on the property.
