Once he had our signatures on the contract his service seemed to be over. He did not show up to hand over our house to the new owners, his clients also. We were desperately searching for a new home, no help from Ronan. I definitely cannot reommend him.

Reply: Helmut. I am very disappointed to hear this. Your situation was totally unique. Firstly, you used to be a very experienced realtor. I sold your neighbours townhome in a couple of days for an excellent price and you contacted me to list your home. I brought you a private buyer right away who paid you want you asked. You were delighted you did not have to list your home. I even arranged an extended time for possession to give you time to find a new home. As you used to be a realtor you were completely conversant in the process and assured me you were completely comfortable. I did not visit when you met the buyers as you were in direct communication many times organizing the sale of furniture and having social visits. You had even given the buyers the keys in advance. You told me not to look for other properties for you as you only wanted to purchase in a specific complex. I offered to write to everyone in the complex and you said not to bother as you had already left flyers . You eventually bought in Sooke when you said you were not interested in that area. Sorry Helmut but your comments are neither fair nor accurate. As for not being there to hand over keys - you were dealing with them directly and knew I was going on vacation. You even asked me to come visit you in your new home - why would you invite me if you were not happy? Reply: One more thing .... the review below from Celeste & Leo are the buyers who bought your home. They rated me 5 out of 5 for the same transaction!
