I had a great experience with Ronan. He helped me narrow down my wants vs my needs and once he knew what I was looking for he was on the ball at showing me the right houses. I didn't feel pressured towards considering a house that wasn't right for me, and a few times Ronan persuaded me that a house I was interested in maybe wasn't a great fit and that I should maybe keep looking. Ronan was very knowledgeable with current and older building techniques, so he was able to point out possible trouble spots that could lead to problems down the road. As a contractor myself,I appreciated that Ronan had construction knowledge and knew what warning signs to look out for.
