Ending up at Rosemary’s hands was magical and a life changing experience for me. I was looking for an apartment to rent and start a life, little did I know Rosemary had other better plans for me. She talked me through the possibility of owning a home and guided me through the process of streamlining my finances to be able to qualify for the mortgage. Buying a home was my long term goal, specifically, this was my next 3 – 5 years goal with an aggressive saving plan to save up for a mortgage down payment. To sum it up, my dream of owning a home came to reality only because Rosemary made it happen and believed in me. The 3 – 5 year goal was turned around in a month. As if getting me a home was not enough, she provided me with good financial management knowledge and talked me through the mortgage to ensure I understood the deal I was signing. She is a great mentor, and an inspiration to me. She just planted a millionaire mindset in me and I can’t wait to come back to her for an even bigger and better deal!!!
