Rosemary has been very understanding of my approach to selling our house. It has been 5 years since we first met and it wasn't until September, 2023 that I was ready to have it listed. We have been in touch though through these years but I never felt pressured by her in any way to get things underway regarding the sale. A buyer appeared almost immediately and so she guided me through the paper work required and made sure that my questions for her and for the lawyer were always answered. I have never sold a house before and feel very fortunate that someone recommended her to me.
